Since our founding in 1960, we have followed our company motto of "Trustworthy Kureha," "Quality Kureha," and "Creativity Kureha," and have been manufacturing short fiber nonwoven fabric using various manufacturing methods such as needle punch and thermal bond, and using our unique technology and development capabilities to develop high value-added products that meet the needs of the times. Our products are used for a variety of purposes, including automotive functional materials, filters, medical and sanitary materials, living environments, adhesive nonwoven fabrics, and sound absorption and soundproofing. The word "Kureha" is the birthplace name in where Kureha Spinning Company was born, and is also deeply connected to the history of spinning industry in Japan.
In 2024, our company joined into the Nikke (Nippon Keori Company Limited) Group. Nikke was established in 1896 with woolen fabric manufacturing as its founder’s business, We are a corporate group aiming for permanent growth and development based on the management philosophy of “We are passionate and proud to take on challenges as companies that is ‘kind and warm’ to people and the earth. The basic strategy for the Industrial Equipment Business is to expand sales of automotive and environmental products, and strengthen earning power in the nonwoven fabric business, and the group is actively investing in growth markets.
As a member of the Nikke Group, we will share and mutually utilize the superior manufacturing technologies and group companies networks in domestic and overseas to create synergies that will enhance our corporate value and deliver better products and services than ever before to our customers and all other concerned parties.
